Luka, what's your take on Penelope Gore/whistl_stahp?
- favorite thing about them: penelope is fantastic, but i particularly love her level of self-contrast to wren. its like, rlly fascinating? she interacts with wren so much and is reaching them on a deep level but the forefront of her mind is all just “this is us vs. them, im just using them to get information about gaw”. its just a really good look into how she thinks and interacts with the world
- least favorite thing about them: penelope is very easy to tick off, so it can feel like she goes 0-100 in a second, but its still a part of her character i like
- favorite line: ‘“Why are you such a…” Gore bit back a more cutting insult. “…such a goof?“’ (what can i say? i enjoy comedy and romance)
- brOTP: silas and pen! i feel like they could have a really interesting discussion on the similarities and differences of goc and foundation from people who were actually a part of them and left of their own volition (if pen leaves). plus how they saw through the clown makeup of GAW to the sincere clown underneath
- OTP: wren and pen! their names rhyme so its fate
- random headcanon: penelope acts like shes not up to date on meme culture but she checks her tumblr like eight times a week at the *least* and is fully aware, she just refuses to admit that to wren as some small piece to hold over them in their game of memey chicken
- unpopular opinion: id actually really like to see penelope hit the “belly of the whale” before she comes over to gaw. i do really like the comedy and romance side of gaw, but whats a fantastic story without a little drama? whatever that belly of the whale ends up being, id love to see it

yeah whistl is, uhhh sorta tightly wound. y’all are missing some context, and I can’t spoil it (thanks, author) but Penelope has a lot of job-related stress. She does ok when she’s got personal space, but I kinda-sorta fucked up her work/life balance. haha oops. (you’ll hear her side soon, I hope.)
as for description: sharp chin, angular features. Brown hair, done up kinda severe. supposedly lets it down sometimes but I’ve never seen her that relaxed. Wears glasses sometimes. round frames. sort of owlish. cute.
